So, in a little while I’m going to do some yoga, hopefully it’ll settle the urge to over prepare for the career excitement this evening and make my back feel better. I’m back on the diet wagon now too, I sort of got a bit slack and was having subways and crisps for lunch. I’ve now got fruit, salads, low cal jelly and all other yummy stuff.
Fingers crossed for my career today please.
I’ll update with how much I struggled at the yoga later on.
