Weight loss updates
Well frankly, I’ve been rubbish. I put on 3lbs and I’ve been struggling to get it off. I’m back to where I was when I wrote my weight in the right hand side bar of this page. Nice. I went for a run at the weekend. A very short, fast one. Doubt it will have made any difference whatsoever. I’m also attempting to get myself doing 100 situps, I started out being able to do 20, now I can do 30.
I’ve also swapped semi-skimmed milk for soya milk in my morning porridge. My iPhone app was telling me that I was eating way too much fat. That’s the first step to cutting it down. It looks like my breakfast has gone from 300 calories to 200 too.
It didn’t really taste all that much different because I loaded it up with honey. The consistency is different though, it’s wetter. I’ll use less tomorrow and see how it goes.
Running and photo editing tonight. Going to push to 35 situps too.
