Weigh in day
So, Friday is weigh in day. That makes sense. Then if I have a heavy weekend then I can diet and exercise in the hope that is doesn’t affect the weigh in. Here’s me today
1.5lbs
That’s right folks, I’ve lost 1.5lbs since Monday. That gives me 8lbs to lose before I get into the 14s, I need to do that by June 11th.
Heavy weekend approaches. I’ll be in touch after my hangover.
