Goal Update

A goal update. I missed my 1st October goal so I’ve sneakily updated it to be a 13th October goal which means I’m 2lbs away from hitting it. Woo. New goal to get my waist size down to 30 inches in one month. That means I need to lose 4 inches, I might need to up the exercise…
