Goal update

Goals
- Lose a total of 44lbs by 11th June
Start: 221 Current: 217 Goal: 177
Left to lose: 40lbs
- No drinking for two weeks starting Saturday 9th Jan.
DONE! – Now I’m going to just take it easy and only drink at really special occasions and then not much. I’ve lost all want to drink.

Weight Loss Update

Fail.
I’ve stayed the same… Well, technically tomorrow is my weigh in day but I couldn’t wait. Today I’m feeling a bit under the weather (I’ve been neglecting the Berocca) so I clearly haven’t been eating well enough. I also haven’t been sleeping, but I’m not here to moan. Full updates below.

Pre-update Update…

So, Wednesday. I’ll be weighing in properly. I’ll have left it a whole week without weighing myself. I’m nervous. I’ve eaten terribly, drunk a pint of beer and haven’t exercised. The chance of me having lost 2lb this week is very, very slim.
