Feeling Stylish

The Outnet is part of Net a Porter, selling designer clothes pretty damn cheaply for what they are. I’m still not at the point where I can afford £200 on a dress but I’m not far off. So, to quench my thirst for really sexy, designer clothes I’ve picked out some particularly nice pieces.

Time for bad iPhone photo time!

This is me today. What I am wearing as I type this. Gosh, the internet is so cool. I’ve rewound my style a bit to the more simpler days of too low jeans, band t-shirts, converse and a hoodie. Please note the most massive of Cyberdog belts. God I love it. So glad I can get it round my hips again.

Unfortunately it is very rare that I wear low slung jeans (the ones in that pic are size 16 – win) because it’s just not flattering. But that belt only works if it sits below the bottom of your shirt. Thank fuck for these jeans. They must be at least five or six years old.

The band t-shirt is a band called Nemo. They’ve featured a lot in the Mighty Boosh and they are truly amazing. A rocky sort of electro. I’ve seen them a number of times and at one point became quite good friends with them. Unfortunately most of them now live in Europe so that’s where their gigs take place.

Wouldn’t it be lovely to trot down to the polling office in this little ensemble. I’ve yet to vote, not because I’m undecided but because I won’t have a chance until after work. As a first time voter I’m proud to say I’ll be voting Liberal Democrats.

Any way, this isn’t a politics blog (oh god, imagine if it was) so please look at those shoes while I tell you they are fairtrade. I need a pair.
