Old Hollywood fashion show – Norwich Fashion Week 2013

Norwich Fashion Week 2013 has been full of some amazing events, stylish people and great offers from retailers. It’s still going on and you can find out more over at the Evening News’ NFW page.

I had the pleasure of being invited along to Norwich cathedral to watch some of the best vintage fashion retailers show off their wares. I was in good company too. I had Ali of Bunn the Baker alongside me, Retro Chick opposite, Kate from World Inside the Wardrobe down the row and the lovely Kathy from Palm & Sole behind me.

The the Fabulous Miss K got up to talk about her collection of vintage-inspired clothes. It was a bit of an emotional affair but worth the wait as some of the pieces are truly stunning.

Bunn the Baker wearing a gorgeous red gown. It has awesome crystal dangly bits at the back. When we walked into the event together we felt a little overdress. That’s how we roll.

Afterwards Bunn the Baker and I went for a glass of wine at a nearby bar and talked about writing and literature for most of the evening. It was one of the nicest nights out I’ve had in a while. Norwich has so much to offer.
