New Products

Today I received three products to trial. They all work over the course of time. I’ll keep you updated.

Clinique Dark Spot Corrector

clinique, dark spot, skin, tone, scar, even
There’s a lot of scientific stuff I don’t really understand so if you want to know about it, I say hit up Google for the info.

It is supposed to even skin tone, remove acne scars, dark spots and skin stresses. It “helps maintain clarity with powerful antioxidents.”

It also stresses the importance of wearing a face cream which includes at least SPF15. Don’t worry Clinique, I’m pale as hell I wouldn’t dare brave the sun without such protection. To be honest, I am 21, I don’t have age spots and I’ve got pretty good skin. But I do have some acne scarring and it would be lovely to improve my already okayish skin.

Femibion Radiance

femibion, radiance, hair, skin, looks
The name Femiibon doesn’t fill me with good feelings. Generally the word ‘femi’ makes me think of feminine hygiene products that you feel shouldn’t really be discussed. But what their products seem to do sound amazing.

Radiance is a pill you take once a day, its purpose is to give you gorgeous skin and hair (like giving a dog supplements for a healthy coat?) My hair has been rubbish lately. Lets see if this can fluff some life into it. I was told by the hair dresser that permanent dyes can leave your hair looking dull and that semi-perm dyes will keep it shiny.

Well, no wonder my roots look so shiny and healthy and the rest of my hair looks crap. Also if Radiance can make my skin look better then WIN.

Femibion Balance

This is another pill, taken one a day. It is supposed to help you maintain a healthy nutrition balance throughout your monthly cycle.

Ben hopes it means I’ll be less grumpy. I’ll let you know.
