It’s the time of the year where everyone goes mental for a bargain. We’re all feeling a little stretched after Christmas but we must continue to buy all the things. I love a good sale but I don’t understand why people stand out in the colds queuing for Boxing Day sales before the shop is even open. January sale shopping can be a bit mental.
Finding deals online is much easier and a damn sight more comfortable too. Most shops have sales on their websites as well as in store not to mention the fact that you can search for things like Charles Tyrwhitt promocodes before you shop on that site.
You should also follow bloggers as they are great at finding the best deals. A lot of them might also have deals with the brands so they can give you extra discounts.
It’s also worth signing up to sites such as Shopcade where you earn money for anything you buy. There are also a number of other benefits to the site. If you add an item to your personal Shopcade and someone buys something from there, you’ll earn even more money. You’ll also hear about new sales and can get money off by doing simple things like tweeting about a brand.
You should also take a look at Google’s shopping feature. Search for the item you want then sort by price. It’ll show you the shop that has that item for the lowest price. Don’t forget to factor in P&P, though!
If you use Twitter or Facebook then make sure you follow the brands you love. They often have extra deals for their loyal followers.
Finally, make sure you are signed up to the newsletters of your favourite brands. You’ll probably get money off for doing so and will then be kept up to date with sales, deals and new items as they come in.
