In the event of Darkness (and FBFF)

It’s probably not a well known fact that I am a Darkling, meaning I am a massive fan of The Darkness. It just hasn’t factored into my life over the last few years because they split up. Now that they are back together I’m back in the glitter-rock state of mind. Feel free to tell me you hate the band. Everyone else seems to. Well done for having a musical opinion.
I’ll start this with my outfit for the evening, which sort of links in well with today’s Fashion Beauty Friend Friday. Dress as your alter ego. My alter ego is a glitter-wielding, gig-going maniac.
Post-gig, insane and disheveled. I’m wearing an AC/DC skirt from Cult, black top from Vanilla, red Dr Martens, shiny leggings, jacket from Zalando and furry boot covers.
Now that we’ve done the fashion part you can either get on with your lives or read about the music.
The mental brilliant Foxy Shazam impressed me greatly and while the front man was all about rolling around the stage being glittery, mildly-racist and rather camp, the keyboardist stole the show.
Ilovehim. I actually can’t remember what their music was like. Let’s say it was good. Just go and see them live, you will be exhausted and a little turned on.
The main event.
