Goal Update – already
I know I’m sort of spamming my own site with this shiz but get over it, it’s my site. I’m happy.
Goals
- Lose a total of 44lbs by 11th June
Start: 221 Current: 218 Goal: 177
Left to lose: 41lbs
- No drinking for 2 weeks starting Saturday 9th Jan.
– Still not drinking on the 16th!
- 12 glasses of water a day.
Yesterday: 7 glasses
I did a workout video yesterday and I’m going to do another after my photoshoot.
