Well I completed W1D2 although my phone battery died just as I began the warm down. I think that means it won’t register on my my iPhone app. Not to worry I’m going to be doing W1 again next week. The reason being is that I want to be able to run for every 60 stint for the whole time.
Yesterday I only missed one run but did cut the end off a couple. I was running slower and didn’t go as far. My legs were hurting by the second run but I pushed through. I’ve been more out of breath in my life time but it was getting painful to run by the end of it so I was moving very slowly.
After the run my legs were aching as were my ankles, knees and hips. My poor joints. Today my stomach muscles ache, my shoulders and my legs. It’s a bit hard to walk as everything feels so heavy.
I’m going to give myself two rest days and do W1D3 on Saturday. I think that’s wise. Remind me I need to update my shoe reward spreadsheet with some more money.
