AGA Shops to Raise Money for The Place2Be
Quick Fix Delights
At Your Local AGA Shop
28th November
11am – 3pm
The AGA shops across the country will be holding a cookery day on the 28th November to help raise money for an amazing children’s charity. The Place2Be works inside schools to improve the emotional wellbeing of children, their families and the whole school community. The Place2Be reaches children in some of the country’s toughest neighbourhoods; places where poverty and deprivation challenge expectations from the very start. For more information go to: www.theplace2be.org.uk
The cookery day will focus on quick fixes, guests can learn to cook quick, simple meals as well a try out the food that is cooked. This will be a fabulous family day out, I certainly could do with some tips on how to whip up last minute meals and you’ll be helping to raise money for a good cause.
My local store is the the Norwich AGA shop, maybe I’ll see some of you there! To find out where your nearest AGA shop is go to: http://bit.ly/AGAshop
AGA brand ambassador Laura James – who is also the author of the children’s psychology book Tigger on the Couch – said: “There are few things as important as the emotional wellbeing of our children. The Place2Be is an amazing charity, which we’re extremely proud to be supporting. I urge everyone to come along to our cookery day and learn about the amazing work and extraordinary dedication of the Place2Be team.”
