A couple of weeks in my life….

I’ve been a bit slack with proper posts over the last few weeks. Things have been mega busy at my Norwich marketing agency so a lot of that work has been top priority. I’m hopping to have lots of chances to dress up and take photos over the coming weeks. It’s all very exciting but I can’t neglect this blog!

Here are a few photos from my Instagram from the last few weeks.

George Dress

Dress: c/o George at ASDA | Shoes: Primark | Cardigan: Can’t for the life of me remember where I got it from.

This is what I wore for a dinner party we hosted at mine. We cooked something from the Jamie Oliver 30 Minute Meals book and it was delicious. I was a bit nervous, the boyf and I can cook but we don’t often do it for other people. It all went swimmingly!

Norwich Arts Centre

Dress: Boohoo.com | Boots: ASOS | Blazer: Primark | Necklace: Birthday gift | Brooch: Charity shop

This was after an afternoon of Jet Social meetings moving from coffee shop to coffee shop in Norwich. This particular place is the Norwich Arts Centre where we began on the real planning for the CSR Speed Dating event we are putting on.

There have been a couple of days spent in bed with the laptop and the cat. I was feeling a bit rubbish at the end of last week (down to eating terribly, I think) so this seemed like the best way to get on with work while minimising any effort. It’s a good job I have such a playful cat, I would’ve been very lonely otherwise.

American Dad Niagara Falls

Yesterday I was watching American Dad and they went to Niagara falls. I had to take a snap of this scene because in the background is the hotel we stayed in when we went to Niagara in 2010. It’s the tall tower thing to the right of Roger. So glad we stayed somewhere so beautiful and unique. Infact, here’s a picture of the view from our hotel room…

Bunn the Baker

Last night I went to see Bunn the Baker to dye her hair. It didn’t go very well, this is actually after she rescued it with another pack of blonde dye. I was in charge of pre-lightening it before a bright colour went on. Despite always having bright colours in my hair, I’ve never actually dyed it myself.

Once rescued with more bleach this is how Ali looked (in my sunglasses, in SinSins Lovestore), I’m so jealous. It’s a proper rock and roll colour now but I can’t wait to see the next stage!

  1. Dude, I am properly orange now! Thankyou so much for your help, never would have dared without you there. Your cat looks upside down in that photo by the way. x
